Even though our main support language is English, we do support the following languages. Any other language will be rejected. Although these languages are supported, response time may be slower.

1. Be civil.
We will help you where possible. Installer and other products are provided as a service free of charge, and the staff spent countless hours working on our products. Please be civil to staff, other users, competitors, and everyone else.
2. Read before posting
Please try to find if the issue you are reporting has been reported before and is currently being fixed.
3. No piracy
We will not help with issues caused by, or related to piracy.
